Instructors are not qualified to teach the courses, they are abusive, condescending and very rude and at times even swear at the students. They get upset at students who ask questions. The instructors don't like any of the students helping or answering questions among themselves. They expect students to do work projects without examples and then marked them down if it is not the way they want it. The tests are fraught with errors impacting student grade points. Lab equipment is either out of date or does not work properly. Students are required to copy notes from the whiteboard as the instructor is writing them. Students are not allowed to use laptop computers or any kind of PDA devices to speed up the copying process by the instructors. (Laptop ban is not listed in their published regulations) Many of the courses do not have handouts or books, so if the student is absent for a day, that day's material is not available nor would the instructors allow the sharing of the missed material by another student. Consequently that student would most likely not to able to answer questions pertaining to that day's material on the exams. With the lack of class pre-printed material or books, instructors' delivery is inconsistent. Instructors can not deliver the same lecture from class to class without any student material. How do they expect the students to be able to pass the certification test in order to secure a job?
