ARIZONA ACCURATE SOLAR AND A/C

I have used them for at least 10 years now, and would recommend them. They have been very responsive, and reasonable. They give you the best quality available, for the smallest price.

I needed my solar system serviced and called about a promotion I had received in the mail for an inspection of the solar hot water system for $69. When they came, I asked them about a pump noise that I heard and he informed me some electronic box needed to be fixed and he could do used or new. Since it was an old system I opted for used and he charged me for the part and a service call which was higher than the inspection call fee. He did his "inspection" and left. The next day, I had to go into the attic and noticed that the pipes that fed the solar were leaking in the attic onto my rafters. I called them and scheduled them for service. Matt tried to help me turn off the valves to the solar hot water panel but the system was so old it didn't have it. The guy eventually came a couple days later to cap off the solar hot water system since there were many cracks in the line. I then was responsible for ANOTHER service call fee and labor to cap off the system. I'm not sure what the inspection was for since it didn't catch any problems and am glad I went up into the attic and happened to see the leaking pipes. I am thankful they were able to come out quickly to cap off the solar water system, but am not happy about having to pay so many service fees.

Came out the day I called and fixed the problem

I called them at 8am on a Monday morning and they were here by 10am.  They got right to work and fixed the problem in about a half hour.  A/C was working again....... everybody in the household was happy.
BTW this is not the first time I've used AZ Accurate Solar and A/C..... I had them replace a solar assist water heater a few years back and that was also a positive experience.  They do all my A/C and solar work.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It hasn't leaked since they came out!

We have been relying on Arizona Accurate for years and I can not say enough about Jay and his crew, Dakota and Matt and the office staff, Audrey and Hannah. They are always Professional, Honest, Reliable, fair and reasonably priced. They have gone out of their way to do what is required to meet my needs. Even making sure we took advantage of any and all rebates available.

The solar collector panel was new in late 2004.
This is the third time it (solar panel) needed repair different vendor each .
Different issues every time.
This most recent problem was glass was incorrectly reinstalled on 12-11-2012 after a leak was soldered (pin hole in riser).
It has not leaked.
This caused the bottom of the panel to pop three rivets (there are two in each corner).
Arizona Accurate removed glass installed three new sheet metal screws in each of the bottom corners to reattach bottom of panel to sides of panel.
They reinstalled glass ensuring that bottom edge of glass is correctly attached to bottom bracket.
Alignment is important weight of a single 4' X 10' piece of glass is heavy.

I met with Jay Miller who I believe owns the company, and he brought out samples of his product AND his competitors' products. I was impressed with the quality of the product (manufactured by Sealed Air) and Jay's knowledge of the equipment. I was even more impressed when he actually got on my patio roof to determine if the panels could work there instead of the main roof! He got the job for that reason and the fact that he was cheaper than the other solar companies we met with. He came out with three crew members and worked from around 8:30 to 3:30 and got everything installed. They had to come back twice to fix a minor leak and a frayed wire, but other than that, we have been pleased. At times, it is hard to believe how hot the water is coming from the panels into the pool. I can easily see us using the pool well into November and starting in March. I recommend at least getting a quote from them for your pool heating needs. Don't let Jay's gruffness put you off!

HAVE USED AZ ACCURATE FOR OUR SOLAR HOT WATER HEATER FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE REPLACED PANELS AND THE HOT WATER HEATER. THEY ARE PROMPT AND GET THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. THEY ALSO KNOW THEIR WORK.
