he was prompt, quick, and very attentive to details. he cleaned up and came back a day or two later to make sure all was well....discovered a second problem that he immediately fixed (that very day) even tho i did not have the money to pay for the service that day. we settled up the next day and have signed up for regular pool maintenance on a weekly basis....WE LOVE ARTIC POOL SERVICE
