KARL, THE OWNER, IS A TRULY PLEASANT GUY TO WORK WITH. HE IS LAID BACK AND UNHURRIED, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND OFFER ADVISE ON HOW TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN OR EVEN PERFORM MINOR REPAIRS ON OUR PLUMBING OURSELVES. WE ARE ALWAYS ABLE TO REACH THIS VENDOR WHEN WE NEED THEM AND THEY RESPOND QUICKLY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, BUT AGAIN, THEY NORMALLY WORK WITH ONLY OWNER/BUILDERS WHICH IS A SPECIALIZED NICHE IN THEIR FIELD.
