The whole thing started out to be a nightmare because we could not fly down to take care of the house. With Amy's expertise she was able to get it all done in short time with a great price. The process of selling a home is never a fun thing to do, but working with Amy made it a pleasure. She was available at the drop of a hat, and helped us with every question, comment, and concern along the way. Amy is the oasis in a desert of sub-par realtors! We came across her website after a couple of disappointing interactions with other realtors and we could not have been happier. She responded to our inquiries promptly and from the get go shared a similar vision as to what could be achieved with selling our home. She asked informed questions and offered excellent advice on what we needed to take care of to get top dollar come selling time! She walked the line perfectly of both being helpful with finding contracts and giving us space and time to perform repairs ourselves. When the house was complete, it was quickly photographed, listed and the offers just poured in! She did an impressive job of asking the right questions of our potential buyers and presenting their offers in an easy to understand manner. I loved that she was always available to answer my questions but didn't pester me with every little thing that came up. She makes the home selling (and I assume buying) experience as painless and seamless as possible!

Whether you are selling a property or looking to buy a home in Arizona, I highly recommend hiring realtor Amy Hall for the most satisfying real estate transaction experience there is. I live on the East Coast and was trying to assist family who was selling a Sun City West, Arizona golf course property. After many weeks of researching ways to prepare the home for sale, I read a terrific online review about Amy working with another out-of-state seller so I called Amy to see if she might be able to help us. In the ensuing weeks, Amy assessed the property’s condition and advised just the right amount of improvements to maximize the property’s competitive attractiveness without over-investing. In less than two weeks, Amy helped coordinate price-competitive reliable vendors for updated tiling, carpeting, painting and touch-up work, and the property was listed with photographs that wonderfully highlighted the property’s interior and exterior beauty. The property attracted great offers and sold at a price that more than recouped the market prep improvements. I am an out if town investor. Amy has a team of home repair professionals that handled whatever needed to be done to get the house ready to sell and even after the house inspection. Scheduling of work was handled quickly, seamlessly and professionally. Hiring Amy brought me peace of mind and lessened the stress of selling the property since I reside out of state. She consulted with me but handled EVERYTHING. Per my preference, we communicated primarily via text and email. I received my invoices on line, my title company documents etc. So easy and fast. If you'd like to sell your home in a timely manner at top dollar for your neighborhood, Amy Hall is the realtor for you! She just sold our home in Surprise at the end of October 2018. Everyone told us it was a bad time to sell, the kids were back in school, too close to the holidays, etc. But none of that seemed to matter, our home sold in less than three weeks, and was the highest sale in our zip code for October! Amy is extremely detail oriented, she notices everything, and guided us on a few items that needed attention before our house went on the market. She was easy to work with, very responsive to our questions and concerns, and handled all the showings and other realtors with ease. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we would recommend Amy highly. And interestingly enough, we chose Amy due to her stellar reviews on Angie's List.
