They did an excellent job. They were conscientious and responsive.

I had just told them I put a new flapper in the toilet - they charged me for a new one but I don't think they changed it. The kitchen faucet is leaking from the top and bottom now (it was just leaking from one area previously). The toilet still isn't repaired. The tech still hasn't showed up to fix work. Never gives a time when he will show up, just a day. This is the first time I've had a problem with them.

I HAD A LOT PROBLEMS WITH MY OLD TOILET AND NEEDED SOMEONE WITH ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. ALL SERVICE PLUMBING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. THEY BOUGHT AND INSTALLED THE NEW TOILET AND I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THEN.
