Found them in one of the coupon books. The guy came on time, with a trainee in tow. He fixed the rollers and applied some strips, which should have already been there, to block bugs from coming in. Then he was supposed to give me an estimate to replace the screen doors. He had to go back to the office and have the office staff call me with it in a day or two. The work he did was good; I just didn't appreciate that they couldn't be bothered to call back with their estimate. Apparently they were too busy to want too much extra work.
Also--when I scheduled, the lady on the phone said they didn't take credit cards, only checks, but their website said they take credit cards.

Michael arrived within the 2-hr window and quickly assessed what needed to be done. I also told him I would like a new screen door added, since the old one had to be removed because it was very flimsy and the screen had been torn. There is also a storm door attached that had to be removed for him to get to the door whose rollers had worn out. He completed the job within an hour and placed the screen door on order, which should arrive within a week. The door slides very smoothly with very little effort.

They showed up within the two hour window and gave me the estimate. My person who referred me had told me it would be around $100 so was kind of surprised the find it was $160 plus tax but it needed doing, they were there and I have no idea what this kind of service should cost, nor how long ago my friend had his work done and prices do go up. They started the work immediately and were done in about a half an hour. The door glides smoothly and I am happy. I did not know that this kind of service was even available until my friend referred me to them. I am glad I spent the money.

The entire job was done in 15 minutes and the door now slides with one finger, just as advertised. It was amazing to see the technician do his job without removing the door from the track. I'd recomend this company to anyone.
