Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
I was quoted a price of $150 to clean my dryer vent. As the work was being completed he added $100 to the cost. Said it was part of his fee - I don't recall the exact term used. I told him he had to reduce that amount because he did not mention it when I asked his fee. He took $40 off the price then charged me tax on a service that was not to be taxed. I was not aware of that at the time. He did a good job but screwed me over on his additional charges. I asked the appropriate questions before hiring him. Felt very taken advantage of. Woman alone in a nice house.......

"Hi Maria I just took a look at the receipt I have for you the maintenance was for your condenser I had checked all the amps and volts I'll let you know you were a couple MFD Low on your caps our service fee covers our labor and hours the dryer vent is 150 and our maintenance for AC is $100 I also did say you had low capacitors I recommend you change out I even offered if you went ahead with the work we could replace it get it running up again and even waive the maintenance fee and just charge for a cap change I gave you a $110 discount once I had realized we had miscommunication with the price and adjusted it accordingly for you I do apologize"

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Our first experience with A&K Needed a dryer and vent cleaned ASAP AJ returned my phone call and was able to come out the same day. He was able to clean the dryer and vent and replace the vent hose. We were pleased with the service and the time in which AJ was able to correct our issue with the material that had collected in the exhaust.
