AAA Siding

Portions of the siding on my house were replace by this company. The owner, Craig, stated the job would take approximately 3 days - it took over 2 weeks. Instead of a "crew" coming to my house, it was one person. As time goes on, I am finding more and more wrong with the job. At first when I reported what I did not like, the worker came back to repair it - except for those items that he forgot to do - and then he had to come back yet a third time. Besides the siding being loose in places, not covering the portions of the house that it should, etc., the most significant problems had to do with the electrical wiring in my security lights and doorbell. I specifically stated from the beginning that of all things, the security light in my backyard had to work. This did not happen. The worker and owner came back out to look at the light fixture and said that it was the fixture itself - that it was old and needed replaced. The worker said he would come back out and replace it for me when I bought a new one. However, based on the experience I had with the other work so far, I chose to call my electrician to come out and replace the fixture. At that time, the electrician informed me that it was not the security light at all, but that when the siding was replaced, the wire was disconnected underneath the siding and the only way to fix it was to remove the siding and rewire the system. He also informed me at that time that I had the same problem with another light on my carport. There was no way to simply replace the security light or utility light due to the system being cut off underneath the siding. I had to have the lights rewired and put in different locations. Shortly thereafter, I also found that the same shoddy work had been done to the siding outside my front door - completely disabling the doorbell. Now that has to be rewired. Extremely poor workmanship all around. The siding looks good - until you get close to it.
