I wish I would've read the reviews before I used them. I used them because I was in a bind and my neighbor gave me their information. I agree that Sandy provides the WORST customer service. I also got hung up on and apparently she uses her time to troll on FB.

We left a message on Arrowhead Garage Door's answering maching on the evening of Sept. 15. They called promptly at 8 am the next morning and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Jay arrived on time and had our repair completed within a half hour. He also cleaned and adjusted our motion sensors (which weren't broken) and did not charge us for this. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Garage Doors.

Called the office at 10 am and appointment was set that afternoon. Jay arrived on time and within an hour he had fixed everything and presented a very reasonable bill. Great work. Thanks Jay!

My garage door opener broke and the chain came off. I called 3 places. Two of the three said they could fix the old one and one just quoted replacing it. I chose to repair the old one. He did a very good job. It was done within 10 minutes and the door opens much smoother and it very quiet.

There were a few challenges in the installation but he made it work and didn't charge extra.

SANDY, WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS NOTHING SHORT OF RUDE. EVEN BEFORE STATING WHAT THE NATURE OF MY CALL IS, SHE SOUNDS ANNOYED THAT SOMEONE WOULD DARE TO BOTHER CALLING AND INTERRUPT HER DAY. AFTER EXPLAINING ISSUES THAT HAVE COME UP THROUGH NO FAULT OF OURS, SHE IS PERSNICKETY, AND IMMEDIATELY GOES ON THE DEFENSIVE. IT'S TERRIBLY DIFFICULT TO GET A RETURN CALL TO VOICE MAIL MESSAGES, AND IT'S EVEN HARDER TO GET ANYONE TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE WITHOUT THEM CHARGING A $65 TRIP FEE JUST TO LOOK AT SOMETHING. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY INTEND TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT AFTER FIGHTING WITH THEM TO COME OUT AND ADDRESS EACH ISSUE, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS INDEED NO FAULT OF OURS AND THEIR PRODUCT WAS FAULTY. YET, NO APOLOGY WAS EVER OFFERED. POOR COMPANY!!

EXCELLENT! COMPANY OWNER, JAY, IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS BUSINESS. VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.
