Richard cleaned my windows in record time and they are sparkling clean. He also cleaned my screens and the ridge under each window. When Phoenix got a dust storm and then sprinkles just hours later, my windows were a muddy mess on the north and west sides. I called Richard the next day and although he said they don't have any weather guaranties, he came back to clean those windows again. What a guy! I'm a fan and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: All of my windows outside were cleaned.

Arrived timely to give a quote. Could not perform job for a couple of weeks. Friends referred: Said they used A&S and a very nice, professional couple performed services. My services were performed by 3 Mexicans: Only one could barely speak any English. They did not clean the inside of some of the interior windows. Also, they did not leave the blinds the way they found them. I have high ceilings and I had to try to tell them to either close blinds, hide cords, turns discolored slats over, etc. I don't think I would use them again.

Company representative was timely, friendly, efficient and hard working. Willing to go above and beyond to do the job right. Cleaned up when he left, and my windows are sparkling!
Description of Work: Cleaned the windows in my two story home, inside and out. Some are very difficult to reach. Took extra care to clean under and behind stationary wood shutters. Removed, cleaned and replaced screens.
