 + -1 moreOur ISP bundler had been called in several times over several months. Each time they came, things improved temporarily. 5 to 9 was called in and they responded fast with knowledgeable and professional help. The technician used sound troubleshooting technique to identify, positively, the problem. It was a router that had been replaced by ISP provider earlier. We replaced the faulty router and changed ISP. The tech also resolved 4-5 other problems on three computers that had been frustrating us for a while. Everything is working fine for almost a month. We are happy and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They responded on the same-day to provide weekend service for problems related to Century Link ISP services.

Description of Work: We used 5 to 9 Computer Service for computer repair services. Some software on our desktop computer was not running and they were able to repair that. They come into your house and see your entire set-up of hardware and software and make suggestions on how to make your system work better. They are willing to pass on some advice on what they think about different software packages. They are also willing to do simple computer training to their customers.
