24 Hour Fitness

24 Hr continues to bill after closing, now I am up to $1,200 for training not received. I have contacted them several times on their web site per their suggestion as they do not answer the phones. They send you a meaningless email that you can't even reply to. This is fraudulent and I will never go back to a place that treats their clientele this way. It looks as if others are going through the same thing. They should not cut off their nose to spite their face!!! It is time for consumer revolt to this company.

I have super sport which is better gym than their regular gyms. They offer free towels which is nice. I have noticed that a lot of showers don’t work and the lockers are broken. They should better themselves at maintenance. But they keep the equipments well maintained. It’s not very crowded. One thing I don’t like is that the zakusis are not well coroneted. Even after I shower my hands still smell like bleach. They have another method that uses ozone, which is expensive and hardly anybody uses it. They can have ozone’s instead of querying for pools and zakuzis. It can be a great feature. I have the best price in the world. Price is great for me. I would use them in the future.
