This has been the easiest company to work with. While waiting for other quotes, I had contact, call backs, visits, contracts and scheduling. It was actually done before some other companies even got back to me. The roofers were extremely polite and professional. Big shout out to the guy who took care of everything, start to finish, with great professionalism and detail, Vince. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing.

Good but changed materials in mid job, would like same material used through out the job.

They replaced my entire roof. Took 5 days, Monday thru Friday. I was very pleased. The only problem was that the construction dumpster wasn't removed until the following Wednesday. Scott explained everything completely. I would definitely hire them again.

Gave me a estimated start/ completion time frame and upheld their word until all work repairs were fulfilled. This is actually the very first, and only business that I've dealt with that was totally honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hi All, I just had the most fantastic experience with Exterior Renovation Services. They replaced my roof in 4 1/2 days with minimal disturbance to myself or the neighbors. At the end of every work day, they completely cleaned around my house any dust, nails and debris from the job. They gave me a 10 year all included warranty on the roof, using modified 40 lb paper (like 50 lb paper.) They started work less than a week after signing my contract. And they did all of this for less than 1/2 the cost of the next "cheapest" estimate from another roofer. They were courteous and followed through with everything they said they'd do. Most impressively, at almost the end of the process, the owner of the company came by on his own to check the work. I want to tell everyone how wonderful of an experience I had with this company!

I had a worn flat roof that I wanted replaced, because it had leaks that we had repaired. Instead of removing the old roll roofing and replacing the roof according to the contract the roofers power washed my roof causing leaks inside and outside of the house. The Roofers did not raise my air conditioner to remove old roofing and to install new roofing. They power washed under my HVAC unit causing light and water to come into my homes hallway, so if the HVAC would have been lifted according to the contract it would have prevented the repairs the company attempted to do in an attempt to stop light and air from entering my home. I had to file a complaint with Arizona Registra of Contractors because I don't feel the company honored its contract with me and I don't feel the roof will last 30 years with the quality of work on it. Also since the company has only been licensed for two years I am unsure if the LLC will be around in 30 years to honor my warranty. I thought it was a great deal to get a flat foam roof for $8,160 which is just over $250/square for my 3000 sq foot roof, but the deal was too good to be true, since Ian request more money to do the roofing job properly. They were professional in their attempt to correct the issues, but I believe to honor the contract they would have had to remove their work to remove my old roll roofing and install new roll roofing. I was told by Ian that if I wanted the roll roof removed, and the HVAC lifted it would have cost me an additional $3000. Also the gentleman that power washed my roof wet several bags of concrete meant for another home renovation project in my home, and he did not wash down the house where the dirty water from the power wash ran onto my home as he told us he would do. I would not advise you to use them if you have a worn flat roof because they will power wash it, which might cause drywall damage in your home as it did my home. It has taken them two weeks to get the roof to where three side of my HVAC system is protected from water going underneath it and entering into my homes hallway. I would not recommend them to my family since they did not honor the contract, started later than expected, power washed my roof on the day of a heavy Arizona rain, which allowed rain to further enter my home, and they didn't pick up the buckets of empty elastrometric coating, but enemies might be referred.

Ian, the son is very responsive to texts, phone calls, etc. for any questions, concerns. He tried very hard to find a company to remove and reinstall my solar panels. I finally found a company. So, that was a delay, but not at the fault of the roofers. All is great! I couldn't be more happy. Got it done before the monsoons come. However if you have ANY issues with the work AFTER its done and have gotten their money, you are put on the back burner and trying to get in tough with them to fix the roof has been a long process of being put off by both the owner and son.

We were referred to Ron and company by another service provider, and I'm glad we were! I have the utmost confidence that, the next time it rains in Tucson, it will not rain in our living room! They really did excellent work, great attention to detail. We were in a bit of a pickle as far as needing to get the roof taken care of quickly, and they really came through for us. The job was completed on time, post-job cleanup was impeccable. Good guys, great work, we are happy customers and will happily recommend them without hesitation.
