Tech arrived ontime, cleaned interior windows, I checked bathroom mirrors and noticed they were not cleaned as well as the ceiling fans. When I brought this to the attention of the tech he stated its not included only for tips. So I called Joe, received no return call why tech onsite. When tech was finished with exterior windows and screens he asked me if I had received a call from Joe yet. I advised no he said he would go ahead and do it as it was probably was a miscommunication between he and Joe. Well he cleaned the 2 bathroom mirrors and said he dusted the ceiling fans. I have 5 ceiling fans and no way in about 5 minutes can you clean 2 bathroom mirrors and 5 ceiling fans. So my fans did not get cleaned as quoted.
For the money, the job done was a good value and I have clean windows!
