Fabulous!! Great company to work with. Quick. Fair pricing. Told us what we needed to fix and what would be ok. Very clean and respectful. Some areas needed to be treated. Other areas just needed the dryers. Checked other areas to make sure there was no moisture missed.

We had a huge flood in our house. X-treme cam in and took care of it. They explained the process and put us at ease.

It was really good, they took care of it from beginning to end. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf and it was nice. I highly recommend them.

If we could give Jody and his team 6 stars we would--exceptional service from start to finish and beyond. If you're in need of a water damage restoration specialist, this is hands-down THE guy to call. My wife and I called at the crack of dawn as we had just woken up to a massive house flood emergency, and he and his crew were there drying out the floors and setting up fans within 15-20 minutes. Between Jody really knowing his stuff and his good reputation with our insurance company, he saved us a ton of expenses and hassle without any of the dishonesty that can be pretty common in this field. The pack-out and pack-in went so smoothly--far more so than any of our experiences with actual professional movers--and as quickly as they got everything out and back in, we didn't have a single damaged piece of furniture (and we had some MASSIVE pieces to move). Understandable since Jody and crew are all built like trucks, but I was impressed with the care he took to get everything back in its rightful place in perfect condition. Overall, I couldn't recommend X-Treme Restoration more highly. On top of doing an incredible job managing the water damage ASAP when we needed help, Jody is one of the nicest, most honest guys I've ever worked with, and the same goes for his crew. He and his family are the kind of folks I wish we had more of, and you'll want to keep in touch even after the work is done. (As a matter of fact, if you're also looking for a contractor to do construction during / after the restoration, his sons Cooper and Connor White do exceptional work.)

Jody repaired a leak from a water softener in the attic and the water damage and mold that it caused. He came out on a Sunday and began work the next day. He was prompt, kept us informed, coordinated all repair people, sanitized the area, repaired the damage and was done in 10 days. He coordinated with our insurance company and handled all the details. He was polite and professional. We definitely recommend his company.
