+ -1 moreWhen I entered the store there was one sales woman, who was engaged in general conversation (such as "do you have help in the store or do you move all the rugs alone?") with a couple who were the only other customers in the store. I politely waited for assistance but the woman never even looked at me. I proceeded to browse through rugs for about 10 minutes and during that time she never acknowledged me in any way. I didn't find what I wanted but even if I had I wouldn't have purchased it. This woman (apparently the owner or manager) needs a lesson basic customer service!
Description of Work: Visited location looking for an area rug for my home.
