Problems from day one. Cabinets were promised within 5 weeks, were delivered after 9 weeks. They tore out all cabinets and began installing. After 30% installed, it was noticed by us that they were the wrong color. The error was the contractor's, not the manufacturers. After waiting another 4 weeks we began to get the cabinets installed, one cabinet had the wrong internal hardwear the wiring for the island was installed incorrectly. When installing the light switches they were installed 4 inches too short because when he measured he forgot to take into account the toe-kick on the cabinet. Several times he was supposed to come over and handle small tasks related to the kitchen to no show on us. Once he brought his son, not a bid deal, but a distraction for him. This week, we received a notice of lien on our house because he still hasn't paid for the counter tops and they were installed over a month ago. We will be filing complaints with the State of AZ ROC and the BBB.
