I sold my property and was all set to close on 08/07. On 08/03, I discovered what I thought was my water heater leaking in the storage room. On 08/04 my plumber showed up to replace the unit, to find that it was actually the water heater belonging to my upstairs neighbor. The water remediation team was called in to dry things out on 08/05. We met with Mike Bevacco from Western Skies on 08/06 to take a look at repairing the water damage. We also asked him if the repairs could be done by 08/07?closing day. He was very empathetic about the urgency and had Troy and his crew out the morning of 08/07. They replaced the carpet pad, the baseboard, replaced the drywall and insulation that had been removed, repainted and put everything back EXACTLY as it was before the leak. You couldn?t tell that there had been any damage at all. Mike, Troy and their team did an excellent job and their workmanship was top notch. They really pulled out all of the stops in helping us to overcome or timeline challenge?.they went above and beyond. Extraordinary customer service!!!!
