The whole process went pretty well.  I called, they came out and not only had a great price on the cabinets but the material was sturdy and it looked great.  They came out about a week later to install and everything went well.  I've had the cabinets for about a week and I wouldn't change anything if I could.  The price was fair, the quality is great, the installation went well.  Another quality installation from a quality company.

nstall was scary fast-did a great job. Only complaint was there was a little confusion on the quote when we called to place the order. Just make sure you get everything in writing and not just over the phone when they agree to lower the price. Ended up honoring it though.

We had twenty feet worth of cabinets installed in our garage. From initial contact to completion of the job - they were very efficient and professional. I was impressed that they made the cabinets at our house and they weren't just pre-fab! The workmanship was excellent and the cabinets look great

We got to pick out the exterior of the cabinets and the space in the shelves and whether we wanted adjustable or not adjustable. It was great. They were on time and very professional. They brought everything with them and they worked straight through to get it done. It was a very pleasant experience. They were really good. We checked three other places and they had the best price. We have recommended them to friends.

Garage cabinets are very good. Installed professionally and very stable construction. Kitchen rollouts are another story...installer complained about the current state of the shelves, however their salesman was the one who came to measure and provide invoice. My first payment of half of the job was lost in space...don't using the online service if you want to ensure they don't tell you that a payment has not been made. The second payment made online was also missing in action for over two weeks, and the blame was placed on me for not inputting the invoice number in the online payment...which was pre populated when I logged in to make the payment. I even sent an email requesting that confirmation of the payment was acknowledged which was ignored. It took over a week to get a call back on having the installer come back to address the kitchen rollouts which were difficult to rollout and scraping the sides of my newly painted cabinet doors. In fact, after reaching Justin one day, he promised to have a scheduled time to me by the end of the day, yet I had to call the next day to follow up as I had not heard from him. After having the installer to return to address our concerns, we are still left with some rollout drawers that are difficult to rollout. If you want lower quality rollout shelves, and want the hassle of following up with scheduling work, repairs and on past payments that are hitting your checking account...this is the company to use.

The cabinets turned out great. We purchased the mid range level. They were prompt, polite, and courteous. They fit the cabinets to doors that had been ordered to the space. They measured and brought cabinets that were premade for the space. They did have someone at our home that had to do some saw work. It took most of a day to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves. It was great.

The garage cabinets was the first to be installed.  The installer arrived promptly and began work.  It took most of the day and the quality of work was excellent.  Then the epoxy was next to be applied.   I was notified that VIP could not install the epoxy on the agreed upon day due to late arriving shipment of resin.   Nevertheless I rescheduled the epoxy job and the epoxy installer arrived promptly.  The garage floor turned out beautifully.  Overall, VIP Smart Storage did an excellent job and I would definitely order from them again.

I contacted VIP Smart Storage for an estimate on installing storage cabinets, a workbench, and overhead storage racks in my garage.  Tim (the owner) came out quickly to measure and provide an estimate for the work.  He was very thorough describing the various options for the cabinets, including providing examples of the construction quality and available finishes in each of the different price ranges.

It took me a couple weeks to get all the estimates that I wanted from other companies before I was able to call VIP to tell them that I wanted them to install the cabinets and workbench.  I decided to go with a different company for the overhead storage, mostly because I believe the quality of the competitors racks are higher for not too much more money.

VIP scheduled the installation of the cabinets and workbench for four days after I told them to go ahead with the project.  Dave arrived on time, built, and installed the cabinets.  His work is excellent.

I am very satisfied with the work VIP performed.

They actually do a very good job.  The quality of the materials was very good.  They also had quite a number of options for the type of materials which was nice to have.  The installers were very professional looking.  We were completely satisfied with them.  There wasn’t anything that they could improve upon.  They are very easy to work with.  They are very responsive and they had good communication.  We are going to use them again in a week or so.  We would use their services again in the future.

Tim (the owner) came and did the quote himself. Then he went out of his way to schedule us on a Saturday to help us out. Guys that came were professional did the job right and on time. Came again on 4/12/11 and installed an additional overhead storage unit and gave us an additional price discount. Very pleased.

Very poorly. I was told that using a credit card to pay for my purches was not a problem, I was told the cabinets had metal feet and water/moisture was not an issue if i needed to hose out the garage or rain water got in. In fact, they came with "scrap" yeah, i said scrap, particle board feet. When i refused to go along with that rediculous idea, they charged me $10.00 apiece for "plastic" feet. (only 4 to hold up a 12' x 8' cabinet?? go figure. They used a staple gun to attach 12' of cabinets to the wall. And told me last minute that they "forgot" to inform me that the adjustable shelfs i requested were $20.00 extra "per" cabinet. When istalling the overhead racks, holes were drilled into the ceiling looking for a stud!! Hello...What? And the man had a stud finder. Guess a drill works better for finding studs! I was told prior to ordering the overhead racks that they were capable of holding 750lbs apiece. After 1/4 inch particle board was laid over the L-brackets i asked...how on earth they were suppose to hold 750lbs. At that point i was informed that they only hold around 500-550lbs. To top it off, not only was i charged for all of the stuff they "forgot" to tell me about, then they charged me extra for paying with a credit card. The overall extra money i had to pay due to BAD communication skills on their part was $220.00. Not Cool!!!
