I worked with the clog off and on all day Thanksgiving thinking I could get it to drain and could not do it. I called Vet's plumbing Thanksgiving night and left a message on their voice mail. They returned my call that same night and said they would be out first thing in the morning and they were. They fixed everything and I haven't had a problem since.
I have used them serveral times before for broken pipes, etc. They are very prompt, and professional and reasonable. Would always recommend them.

I called Thanksgiving evening. I thought I would get an answering machine. They answered the phone even on the holiday. They said they would be out first thing in the morning because that's when I asked for them. They told me later when they were doing the repair they would have come out the same night I called but it would have cost me more. They called a little after 8:00 am Friday and said they would be there within the hour and they were. They repaired and destroyed the clog completely. I have used Vet's Plumbing in the past and they are always on time efficient and couldn't ask for nicer people/repairmen. Would always recommend them to others.

Fifty year-old septic tank, located "conveniently" under cement and tiled patio. Tank was just pumped June 2009 (by another company). Filled up unaccountably, November 2009. Pumped by Vets, who alerted us that there might be a bigger problem. Filled up again in a week. Vets crew came out and began trying to diagnose the real problem, which turned out to be the complete disintegration of the 50 year-old "cardboard" pipe connecting the wet tank to the dry well, keeping the wet tank from doing its septic thing. Vets was able to dig a 5 foot deep trench right next to the patio without collapsing the patio or either of the tanks. They installed a new pvc pipe between the tanks, as well as several other things to update the tanks without having to put in a whote new septic system. At every step in the process they told us what our options were, gave us the best and worst case scenarios, and then proceeded with extreme care. Before they filled in the trench, they made sure that everything was working. Although we had to have a landscaper come in to repair the ground over the trench and tank, and we had to replace a post that was sitting on top of the old connecting pipe and several tiles on the patio, the situation could have been much, much worse had Vets not been so careful and competent. This was not a very exciting or pretty project, but it was done well. I will use Vets again.
