Technician Lane came out. He called 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and handled the job quickly. I would most definutly recommend valleywide cooling and ask for technician Lane.

The gentleman was polite, took covid precautions. Fixed AC and serviced unit was knowledgeable in AC repair, was helpful with any questions. I will definitely call them again. Thanks much to the young man that came and repaired our AC.

Next day service, on time, done in 4 hours, wonderful employees, pleasant and professional I could not have found a better company to work with. The customer service went beyond they called me several times to make sure everything was running ok and asked if I needed anything. Awesome service highly recommend Valleywide Cooling.

Could not get it to work. Said it needed a new compressor. Tried to sell me a whole new unit. Said it would be $3,000 to $7,000. Did not finish putting my existing air conditioner back together. Left the plate that goes over the electrical on the ground and did not put back any of the screws that hold the casing together. Did not practice any virus protection. Put his tools and arms all over my dining table.

Had a fantastic experience with Valleywide. Spoke with Steven on the phone and he was also the individual that came out to provide service on a Saturday. He arrived during the designated window and was efficient, professional and friendly. He explained his findings and made recommendations. A/C blowing nice and cold again!

These guys are just the greatest. We originally called them for a second opinion in the summer after being told by ANOTHER company that we needed a whole new system, which would’ve cost us about 11 grand. When Valleywide inspected everything, the tech said our system needed a good cleaning, but was in good shape yet. Just recently we had the OTHER company perform a routine 6-month maintenance and were told that once again we needed a whole new system and ours was the dustiest system he’s ever seen. This time we were also told by the other guys that we had a cracked heat exchanger and we were going to literally die from carbon monoxide poisoning. Crazy, right? Again, we called Valleywide and Mike came out immediately to give us a quote on a new system. Their quote was the lowest (we called three other places as well), so we wanted to go with them. Unfortunately the financing was a little tougher to get than we had hoped, so we thought we would just try to fix the problem for now before getting a new unit. Mike came back and did an extensive checkup, only to find that there was no crack in the heat exchanger, AND whoever had installed our blower motor had installed one with the WRONG VOLTAGE. Do you know how many times the OTHER HVAC company has been out to clean that stupid motor and NEVER noticed? Never even questioned why our airflow was terrible? Or why the blower is always so caked in dust? I’m very happy with the work that Valleywide does. These guys have been nothing but honest, punctual, and professional every time we call them. They have saved us thousands of dollars. They may not give out free flashlights or plush toys, but they don’t need to to keep my business.

It went great. Their repairman Ed (Edward on the shirt) called the day before, asked me about the problem, gave me a fair idea of the repair cost, and asked me if it would better if I canceled the service call and save the $40 cost. I decided to have him come. Showed up on time. Figured out the basic problem, but said it may be disguising a second level and even more expensive problem. I agreed the cost of repair was more than a 20 year old washer warranted. So while he put the washer back together, he gave me good advice on brands and models. The sales guy at our trusted appliance store gave me the same rundown without prompting later in the day. All for the $40 service charge. Integrity, good service, and a fair price.
