It went fine. It was done right after I bought the deal. I just used them because they had a deal on Angie's List. I would probably use them in the future.

I called several places and wanted someone to come out same day.  I know that was asking a lot.  Our sliding door hasn't really worked in years, it was extremely hard to open.  It finally annoyed me so much that day that I wanted it fixed ASAP.  So I ended up leaving a lot of voicemails thinking well this isn't going to happen.  They called me back and said I can come this afternoon.  I was sooooo happy.  I really found someone to come out today.  He ended up calling me back and saying I have some time now is this good.  Which was even better.  He showed up fixed the door.  Even fixed the screen door for me too.  Gave me the price for a new screen door which I will be doing in the next few weeks.  Since we really need one.  Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly.  Now both my daughters can open the door them selves without me having to run over there and do it.  Also, they won't leave it open anymore so my electric bill will hopefully go down.  Recommend them hands down!!!!

Excellent service, courteous and professional. Tony came the day I called to view the doors and give a quote, he came back a few days later and repaired the mirrored sliding doors that were off the track and then replaced rollers on the other mirrored sliding door set. He also replaced sliders on a patio door. I would highly recommend this company and would hire Tony in the future.

I really appreciate the honesty of this company.  I was having problems with a sliding closet door.  I thought I may need to have the rollers and/or track replaced.  When the serviceman came out he was able to get the door back on the track (which I tried to do but didn't succeed).  He didn't try to sell me additional unnecessary repairs and I felt the $50 charge for coming out and resolving the issue was well worth the money for me.  Thank you Valley Wide Sliding Door Repair!

Provider arrived on time and went to work. I had replaced the bottom rollers on a patio door in a former residence and had to remove the door. I was surprised to see they did not. They went in the side of the door while it was in place. Replacement of two (2) rollers took less than half hour. Door was bumping and sticking. Rolls smoothly now.

There were two people, one did the work, the other watched at times. On July 21st he asked for a deposit of $320. What kind of a business man is he? He took 5% off on screen door new wheels and 25% on the other door. Was suppose to come a day or two earlier but he had problems. On the 21st they put new wheels on one door and on Aug 5th he came an hour late.

I contacted them before purchasing the Big Deal to make sure they were available.  I also called at one point to follow up and could not get them on the phone, but also emailed and that was replied to faster.
We were selling our house and the sliding door, despite our attempt at cleaning, wouldn't budge.  The rollers were bad and our contractor couldn't fix it for us.  They arrived early and went right to work.  Popped the doors off with suction cups, made the repair and adjustment, and the result was amazing.  Took maybe 15-20 minutes total.
I was a bit worried about the glass on the door because we had just paid to have all the windows professionally cleaned, but the window was left clean!  Great job and I would hire again.

The called ahead and indicated they were running a little late. Once they arrived they assessed the situation with the doors and proceeded to remove the patio sliding door. The door was difficult to remove as the previous slider had come off and was stuck under the door. They proceeded to remove the stationary side of the door in order to access the slider. They then replaced the slider with a dual slide mechanism where as before it hada single mechanism. They then cleaned the track vacuumed and the door operates like new.Tent to thebathroomslider that was difficult to move and would come off the track. They readjusted the rollers and elevated the top rail to allow the doors to slide without hitting the bottom rail. They tightened all the screws that held the frame and even inserted a guide track to keep the doors in place. They were very prfessional and effecient. I would highly recommend them .

They were very efficient. They came out and did a good job. They were very efficient, and professional. They were on time, and they got the job done quickly, and they didn't make any kind of a mess. They have a fair price, and they do good work.

I had to reschedule twice with the provider, but they were very nice and accommodating about it. I didn't receive a confirmation call or any call ahead of time that they were on the way. The man arrived 15 minutes early. He did not give me his name, only that he was from Valley Wide Sliding Door. He came in and asked me to explain what I needed him to do. I told him the door took a strong man to open and close. He got right to work and told me that he felt my rollers needed to be replaced. When he got them out, he showed me that one of them had totally seized up, which would explain the door working (or not working) the way it did. After he got them replaced, the door would not lock properly. He asked if I had problems with it, which I told him I hadn't. He showed me that it would open if he jiggled the handle several times. I got the impression that he was going to tell me that he couldn't fix it, so I again told him that it had never been like that before. He proceeded to go to his truck get a tool that crimped the frame. The lock then worked alright. He sprayed the track with a silicone spray and asked me to check the door to see if I was satisfied, which I was. It is nice not to have to use two hands to open and close the door. He then told me the amount that I owed, which caught me by surprise. I told me him it was already paid for through a Big Deal on Angie's List. He apologized right away, but I thought he should have known that ahead of time. He advised that the work was under warranty for 3 years, so if I had any problems to call them. I tend to be a bit critical because I am a perfectionist, but I have to say I how I honestly feel. Yes, the door problem is fixed, but would I feel totally confident in recommending them to others- I don't know. I think the reasons would have to be chalked up to the professionalism of the worker. His not giving me his name to start with. He had on a clean shirt and jeans, but the shirt was wrinkled - if wearing that kind of shirt, it needs to be ironed. When I told him that there had not been a previous problem with the door locking, I would have not gotten the uncomfortable feeling that I did, if he had just said okay, and gone to get the tool to fix it, instead of showing me how he could jiggle it open. I had already told him that there was no previous problem, so don't show me that I had one now. After the job was completed, I appreciate the professionalism of offering to shake hands, but not when the offered hand is dirty. I wish it had the option on here of MAYBE or NOT SURE in the category of 'would you hire them again'.

The work was done and completed by two people from the sliding door service company. They did a good job in a short time. The only problem was I had no response as promised by Angie's list. It took a fair amount of effort to get results.. If the service had provided their phone number, it would have been much easier to make contact. When I finally made contact, the owner said he had a new secretary and she may have not handled the call correctly. The service was great.

The company replaced the rollars on my door. It slides very well, but doesn't lock appropriately. Overall their service is great but their communication and scheduling needs some work. I had to contact them three times in order to receive service.
