On 12/5/03, I purchased my air conditioner from Terry who was the previous owner of "Trustworthy Air Conditioning and Heating".
At that time I also purchased a 10 year warranty for parts and labor on this unit. On November 18, 2013 Jim Splayt, the current
owner of Trustworthy, came out and checked my unit and confirmed the fan motor was bad. He and his wife Jane went out of their
way to acquire a new fan and install it by the end date of my warranty. I am extremely please with the personal service by Jane, and the timely work and professional work by Jim. I have asked him to put my unit on a regular maintenance service. My cost was $75. for
the first service call and $35.00 for the paper work, however they saved me over $500. for the part.

I've used them in the past, and they've been very reliable. They're very clean; they always put booties on when they come in the house, and they clean up after themselves.

They are really good. It was so hot here. My air went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called and said "Help". He had a guy out within an hour and he fixed it. They are very nice and polite. They are also very accommodating.

Trustworthy came to service unit at the appointed time. The technician answered the questions that I had, as well as, giving me a comprehensive overview of the condition of my AC unit. He made some minor upgrades without charge and was forthright in not selling me something that I didn't need. I was pleased with the service call and will use the company again.

SVC. TECH WAS ON TIME & ACTUALLY WAS EARLY. CO. CALLED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK THE NEXT DAY. VERY GOOD AND REASONABLE CO.
