TONY HECHT ENTERPRISES HOME INSPECTIONS

Extremely helpful in developing list of items for warranty work at the first anniversary of our new home. Company kept us informed of expectations. Inspector was on time and performed services as outlined - very professional.

Tony was at the house for about 8 hours and was very thorough. We received a CD, written report and pictures. My only issue was that the pictures were not in the report itself, they were on the CD that was provided. I had to find out how to edit the PDF and insert the pictures myself. Tony indicated that this was because the pictures were high resolution which is great but I would have liked that lower resolution pictures would have been included in the report. Tony found many things as well as a low-E window that was NOT low-E. It seems nobody else even does low-E inspections so that was a plus. Additional charge was for pool and low-E windows. House size is 4242 square feet with two stories.

TONY HECT ENTERPRISES DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SPENT ALMOST 8 HOURS INSPECT THE HOUSE. THEY IDENTIFIED 47 ITEMS FOR REPAIR. I RECEIVED A VERY DETAILED REPORT AND MANY DIGITAL PICTURES OF THE ITEMS IN QUESTIONS. GREAT JOB.

PREPARED A VERY THOROUGH REPORT OF THEIR INSPECTION, INCLUDING PHOTOS OF PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED. THE INSPECTOR USED A CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO ENSURE THAT ALL AREAS WERE INSPECTED. HE THEN PREPARED A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE REPAIR NEEDED. HE PROVIDED VERY CLEAR DEFINITIONS FOR ALL TERMS THAT HE USED AND INCLUDED A LIST OF MAINTENANCE ITEMS FOR KEEPING YOUR HOUSE IN GOOD CONDITION.
