I have a Titan door on my Vegas home for years, works great, solid no issues. I have now ordered my second Titan door for my mountain home.

Had 6 previous Titan Security Doors. All were "primo". However, when we ordered our last 2 doors from Lowe's we didn't pay attention to their quality because we expected the same quality as originally owned. Buyer beware. These doors have changed significantly. For those of you who have owned their original doors, their new doors do not compare for quality construction. Don't even think about saying that to the installer or the company rep because they get very defensive about them. The closers on our new doors do not fully close the door and the rep told us it was due to temperature change and he was proud of himself because it wasn't happening when he was closing our door until finally it did, time and time again. Then after looking at the closer he discovered that the pin sizes were wrong and we needed different pins in the back of our closers. Imagine that, we went from temperature change to really having an install issue. We've yet to hear back from them about fixing the problem but he did indicate that with the Thanksgiving holiday approaching it might take longer. Funny, we had to pay for the doors upfront and then didn't see them for approximately 2 months yet when we need service it will have to wait until after the holiday. To those of you looking for security screen doors, look around before commiting to a Titan Door. We should have. By the way, these doors are just like the Unique Doors found at Home Depot. Since Unique owns Titan, I asked the company rep what made our door different than the Unique Doors at Home Depot and his response was "Unique doesn't sell the design you have". Interesting. It's our belief that all they are doing now is selling the Unique Door as the Titan Door but keeping some designs available and Lowe's and some designs available at Home Depot. Good-bye Titan.

Someone came out to give a quote and was right on time. The quote was a little expensive for me, but they had done nice work at another home so I agreed. They came and installed the new gate/door for my patio area on time and it still works flawlessly almost 2 years later. The only backdraw was that I asked for and provided a lock with keys that matched my entire home. They didn't install the lock that I provided.

We purchased the door at the home improvement store and received a phone call from Titan the next day. The installer, Rick, called several days later and made an appointment to measure the door opening. He also brought paint samples over, and we chose a color that matched the house. The door was manufactured in about 2 weeks, and Rick once again set up an appointment for the install. He was prompt and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The door looks like it came with the house, it is that seamless. The door itself is beautiful and, although a little pricey, well worth it. We love it!

We wanted a security door for our home's front entrance, but didn't want a "jail" type door with bars. Titan, as a subcontractor through Lowe's, offers several laser cut door styles that appealed to us. We made a selection and completed the sales contract with the assistance of a Lowe's associate, who was very helpful. We were promptly contacted by a Titan representative and scheduled an appointment for a measure. The person who came out to measure was prompt, professional, and helpful in choosing a color that would work well with our home exterior and landscape theme. We were contacted about 2 weeks later to schedule the install. However, upon Titan's inspection, the door brackets were found to be damaged during transit from the manufacturer. Rather than attempting to install the door with faulty brackets, Titan received our permission to reorder the brackets, even though this would delay the install. This was no fault of Titan and we understood that and appreciated their professionalism in correcting this problem. About 2 weeks later, we received a follow up call from Titan to re-schedule the door install. The Titan representative arrived promptly (actually early) and completed the install quickly. He also had a professional manner and explained the mechanics of the door, the lock, etc. He patiently answered my questions and offered assurance that if we experienced any problems, to call them ASAP. We are quite happy with the door. It functions well and looks beautiful. Although the cost of the door was at the high end of their offerings, it was right in line with other companies offering the same type of product (e.g., laser cut steel security doors). This is a high quality, custom look door and is worth the value. With a glass panel insert, it looks as nice as some of the iron/glass/wood doors that you see now on many high end homes.

Sales representative was on time for the appointment and had good product knowledge, benefits, available options, etc. Provided written estimate the day of visit. We were quoted 3 week delivery at time of order. Called to scheduled installation for 2 week delivery. When the door was installed, the installer arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and went to work. He was respectful of our home, his work area was clean and organized and most importantly he did an excellent job cleaning up the area when he was finished.

They did a grand job and was very quick at their work and very courteous. They cleaned up all of their materials before leaving my home and made sure everything was in good working order. I feel a lot better with my new door installed.

VERY GOOD COMPANY AND EXCELLENT WORK ON THE DOOR. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK ON THE COLOR- IT MATCHES THE HOUSE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND SHOWED ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS I COULD USE.

Nice work on the door and gate. Put up as planned. They had to return to instal the gate latch and to refit the lock because it broke. The doors look wonderful, they are much nicer than any others I have seen and are well worth the extra money paid.
