Eddie was great! He was courteous, professional, and fast! We had been waiting for over 11 months for Spencer's to come to fix our oven--but there was always a wrong part, no part, more things that went wrong, and the oven did not get fixed. It took 1 time for Eddie to come out with the part, install it, and the oven now works. I am using TigerMechanical the next time I have an appliance issue. We now have our oven working for Christmas! I would just like to say that your tech was a super nice guy but I am SO DISAPPOINTED in your pricing. $800+ to replace the compressor for my LG refrigerator is just CRAZY, I've already found a local tech for $425 for parts and labor to replace the compressor and in googling found that's pretty much the standard rate. I feel like your company didn't want to do the job and instead just gather the $99 service call fee and then give a price so high that no one in their right mind would pay it. When questioned about the labor pricing I was told that there were additional items needed, a refrigerant port ($9), freon ($20), and supplies for the torch ($20 for a complete torch). I offered $500 due to what I have seen both online and now in calling other techs but it was refused. I will be making sure to let others know so that they stay far away from your company. "I am sure that you did get these quotes, but are they licensed by the ROC (Registrar of Contractors) as there is a licence required to do appliance repair in the state of Arizona? Do they have an EPA license and both recover and properly dispose of the old refrigerant per EPA guidelines? Also are these companies giving a 1 yr labor warranty on their repairs? I am not sure where you are getting your pricing for the refrigerant costs either. The one year warranty is a warranty on our work and not if the parts fail due to a defect as the parts are being provided by the manufacturer. I have no problem coming down to the $500 repair with the condition that you show that the company that quoted you your pricing is ROC licensed. http://www.azroc.gov/roc/contractorsearch.html"

turns out only the compressor was under warranty. After a few solo back and forths w/ the warranty company (not related to Tiger Mechanical at all) that were just plain confusing, the office manager at Tiger Mechanical agreed to let me conference her in on a call w/ the warranty company so I could get scheduled and meet the needs of the warranty , if applicable. Tony came out and got it up and running, but said that might just be a temporary fix - ordered the part, and though it was on back order, it came in faster than planned. They called me and moved up my appt time - Tony came out a 2nd time and took care of everything - I couldn't have been happier - from the customer service person who answered the call, to the office manager, to both repair visits - super professional - I felt super well cared for the entire time.

"We did take care of the board issue but you had an additional issue of a bad compressor which is covered by the manufacturer which we explained that due to our Sealed System techs being booked out that we are booked out quite a ways. I reached out to a Samsung tech and he got me the number to call for a Samsung tech to be sent out. You would need to call 310-745-1360, which is Service Quick (Samsung). Try that number and they should be able to get you fitted in sooner than we can. On another note you let your dog out while my service tech was there and the dog bit him. I do not want to put any of my other techs at risk for getting bit either."

They were able to come out to assess it the day I called. The parts took one week to come in and then they came the with my next two business days. Everything was explained well. Five year warranty and everyone was friendly.

Steve was prompt, professional and diagnosed the problem to be a timer for the defrost cycle. He didn't have the timer but recommended leaving the fridge off for 24 hours to clear the frost build up and he would come back with timer. Again he was prompt, professional and got me up and running. I would highly recommend this company.

When I opened my Whirlpool refrigerator Thursday morning and the temperature in fridge was 62 degrees. I called Tiger and they were able to send Tom out later in the day. He diagnosed the problem but he had to order the part. An appointment was made for Saturday morning to replace the part. This is the second time I have used Tiger and both times their response was quick. To get someone to come out on the same day is rare and it is appreciated.

I’ve had them out several times. They are very good. They’ve been very wonderful. Their technician seems very knowledgeable. They get to the problem right away. They are very professional and very courteous. It’s just very easy to use them. It’s just very normal. They aren’t excessive. I never go like “oh wow, that’s very expensive!”.

Tiger Mechanical came out as scheduled, correctly diagnosed the problem as a failed pump motor and ordered a replacement part. After the replacement part was available, they came out immediately and completed the repair. Prior to calling Tiger Mechanical, we had called another repair service who, after 3 service calls, had failed to repair the dishwasher. We were very pleased with Tiger's ability to quickly diagnose & repair the dishwasher. We would certainly call on them again.

Ice maker was not working and after doing some testing it was determined that the water valve was broken.  Everything was explained to me as the work was being done.  Technician was on time, friendly and courteous.  Would use company again.

I spoke with Barbara at Tiger Mechanical, and explained that my 4 year old refrigerator was leaking water, due to a clogged drain line in the unit. I had scheduled an appointment, and Barbara called me back asking if I was available earlier. I returned home, and within the time promised the repairman was at the house. The clogged drain was fixed and everything has been working fine.

"I am sorry to heat that you were not satisfied with the service you received on 8/25/15. Our technician was at your home for approximately 50 minutes trying to replicate the issue, but since it was working at the time there wasn't much that he could do other than level the unit out. Our service call is covered by a 30 days call-back guarantee, meaning we would have sent the technician back to re-evaluate the problem at no cost to you if we had been called and let it be known that the issue had returned. I LOVE this company.  I had called another company yesterday from Angie's list at 12:39pm and then approx. 3:00pm I sent them a service request through Angie's list and explained I needed service that the fridge wasn't working and I was losing what food was in there as it was heating up.  They finally called me back at 8:30am today, I again explained what was going on and I really needed service.  She said well our next service will be Friday, I was shocked as they advertised Same Day Service available, We Have A Fleet Of Vans Ready Serve! I guess my idea of something that needs to be done right away is very different from theirs.  I told her that was not acceptable and said good-bye. I then called Tiger Mechanical, I left a message at 8:54am, Barb called back at 9:02am.  I explained my situation and she agreed right away that we NEED a refrigerator and set up a service call for me for 10 - 2 today (the same day as my call what a wonderful concept!!!).  She also gave me the Technicians name (Steve) and said he would call when on his way. At 10:01 Steve called and said he would be here in 15 - 20 minutes and he was.  He checked everything thoroughly, explained all as he went along, answered all my questions and when he determined it was the Main Board I explained I had been getting pricing on a new fridge and after talking some more it was definitely better to buy the new one based on cost of repair vs. purchase.  I will absolutely use this company again if I need appliance service and will highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.  Thank you Barb and Steve!!!
