I have no complaints with the girls who cleaned our house. We first used them in March 2014. Since then I have told the owner that I would like monthly cleanings scheduled for the last Friday of the month. At first it went well but the last few months, it is like the owner doesn't care about the business anymore. It started with the last Friday of the month in Nov which was day after Thanksgiving. My husband and I were coming home that day after visiting relatives. I called Bernard and let him know that we won't be home until 2:00 and asked the girls to be there at 2:30. He said that would be fine. When we got home a few minutes before 2 we were shocked to see the girls were already there! They were waiting over 30 mins for us. On the last Friday in December, the girls did not show up. Sent IM to Bernard asking why. He said that for some reason the four weeks put us to 2nd week in Jan. WHAT??? When did I ever say I wanted a four week schedule? It has always been the last Friday of the month! He did have the girls come on that Monday. He then sent me a text stating that Jan cleaning was setup for the 23rd...which was the third Friday not the last Friday. He immediately fixed the schedule and said he pushed all scheduled cleanings to the last Friday of the month. Now to Feb cleaning.....AGAIN no show on last Friday of the month....What's worse is that when I sent a text asking if the girls were coming...no response as of this review. I don't know what is going on with the owners but I will never use them again.

We have a heavy job here, the house is home to 4 adults, 4 kids, and 4 dogs! Most of the house is tile, every week they come and mop it. They are fast, the floors look great and smell wonderful! If I need to schedule extra services, I call the office and they always, always accommodate me immediately.

I had been in a cast for about three weeks, so the housework had gone by the way side. They came in and performed sonders. They two ladies were pleasant.

We have used other cleaning services before, but can honestly say "Mopsters" has been the best. They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our house. The two ladies who came were on time, worked the entire time and paid close attention to detail. Don't think our house has ever been cleaner. We will definitely use Mopsters again, they are a very responsive, professional service provider who we offer the highest recommendation for.

The cleaning crew arrived punctually, and promptly began working through all of the living spaces. The girls dusted the blinds, cabinets, and fans; vacuumed; cleaned the shower/tub and skins; and sanitized the kitchen/bathroom counters. They very good at the details - we have decorative cubes on the wall with little items inside. The gals dusted the cubes and items, and placed everything back accordingly. Big plus was that they were great around our dog! They also swept the front entry way.

This was our first winter in renting out our condo in Chandler on a weekly basis. We found Traci and The Mopsters on Angie's List when looking for a cleaning company to clean between our renters. We were very pleased with the service and responsibility of their cleaning service. They communicated with us if there was something that needed our attention and would even clean on weekends if we needed them to.
We would give Traci a list of dates that we needed cleaning and they never once missed a date. Often we had someone check out in the morning and they cleaned before the next person arrived that afternoon/evening.
We will definitely continue to use their cleaning service as it is very comforting knowing that things get taken care of when you are a 1200 miles away!

A mop head was placed on a bedroom blanket (yuck) and we have a sink in the garage for getting and disposing of mop water and walked in to find that our kitchen sink was being used for getting water. Perhaps we are somewhat fussy, but we do expect our wishes to be respected.

I have been using them for probably two to three months now. They come out every two weeks. They are prompt and on time. Tracy who is the owner calls ahead of time every week to make sure that everything is okay. She has been really attentive and she has always made sure that at least one of the people that comes is someone that I have had before which makes a big difference. All the people that I have met have done an excellent job. I do not have any complaints or I would have gotten rid of them. They are a little high in pricing but I do not have any reference for that. The cleaning lady that I had before only charged me $75 but she did a $75 job. I believe that their price is affordable for the job that they do. They do much much better than the other lady and I also get the same people, so the value for what I get is well worth it.

We were remodeling, so there were some things they couldn't get to. We were really just wanting them to clean the bathrooms, the appliances and the fans. They didn't do a very good job of that. There was still dust on the fans and the fridge looked like it hadn't been touched. My wife ended up recleaning everything so it would be up to her standard. We aren't clean freaks or anything. They just didn't do a great job, which is sad because they didn't even have to do half of the stuff that we had to pay for with a regular cleaning do to our remodel. It was better than when they got here, but not what I would call a great job.

I do recall that the housekeepers called me to let me know there were several people still working in the home we arrived to clean. We do our best to work around people, but it is very difficult. I was moving to a new house so wanted cleaning services in that house. 3 Ladies came to the house. They came 15 mins earlier and started the work earlier as well. 2 of them were good and professional. The third one was not so professional.
Kitchen cleaning was the most unprofessional part. The third lady cleaned the countertop and just wanted to complete the job in a rush. She had to be specifically requested to clean the cabinets. Even when she did, she did not do it well, I had to clean all cabinets again after they left. They didn't even touch the oven saying its already clean.
This all is despite the fact that I told them that I will pay for any extra time taken by them.

"I would like to take the time to respond to this review. First off the job was $ 187.00, not $300.00. I spoke to this client in great detail about what our move-in tasks were. After a few phone calls, the tasks we would do for his home were ironed out. The housekeepers completed everything we discussed, as well as the oven and few things he added. We feel this home was clean with the professionalism and quality that we are known for. I had my best team out to do this job knowing that the client was going to be watching over them and directing the cleaning. I will be honest and say he did ask for some things that we will not do and I feel that is way he gave this review. As one example, he asked us to use our vacuum to vacuum his outside patio. Which is not sanitary or safe, to do with vacuum we used in our clients homes. We would have been happy to comply with his request, but we would have needed his vacuum. In closing I am confused by this review. The client was there checking and directing each room as they cleaned. As well as giving his approval and satisfaction with the work completed as they moved from room to room. However, We strived to make all of our clients happy and we are sorry we could not do that for [member name removed]"

Two ladies arrived early to clean my home. They actually sat outside in their car until their start time. Once I saw them outside, I told them to come in out of the heat. They worked for three hours straight. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was happy with the job they did. The bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms were clean and the house was vacuumed. I provided a granite cleaner for them to use in the kitchen and a wood floor product for other rooms. They did all the work they were supposed to do from their checklist and do so with cheerful attitudes. I will be calling them again.
