TV Repair
He was completely rude, and didn't help us at all. He talked down to us- we didn't understand what he was talking about and asked him to slow down. He told us we needed to return our new TV because it was broken, but that wasn't the problem. His work is primarily setting up surround sounds, which isn't what we were looking for. He couldn't wait to get out of our house, and was not helpful.
