Taurus Moving is a locally owned and owner operated business that specializes in providing quality packing and moving services to the entire Valley and state of Arizona. Although we specialize in moving high end possessions, we will move anyone anytime. We take care of everyone's possessions as if they were our own. With over 15 years of moving experience and a demand for excellence, we have only the best employees providing the best service. All of our employees are full-time employees, not day laborers that have no training. We have all of the equipment needed to move your possessions safely and in a timely manner. Everything is blanket wrapped with thick, quilted blankets and held on with strong moving rubber bands---no wasted time or added expense here with the shrink wrap that other movers use. We provide a variety of ways to pay as well by accepting cash, checks, or Visa and Mastercard.

Services we offer

We offer a full compliment of packing and moving services. We pack all homes big and small and can safely pack and secure even your most valuable and delicate items. We provide residential and commercial moving services. Stairs? No problem AND no extra charge! We also can crate belongings that you wish to have shipped or moved more securely. Our rates are by the hour with either a half-hour or an hour trip charge, just depending on where you are located in the Valley.

The 3 guys showed up exactly when they said they would and got to work right away. They loaded up all of our furniture carefully and wrapped it all in pads to protect itl. They were very efficient and careful with our belongings. When they got to the house they went to work unloading everything into the garage/house where we wanted it. They were fast and careful placing everything. We had pre-paid for 2 hours of moving and they finished even before their time was up. All around nice folks and well worth the money we paid for their caring professionalism. If we ever move again I will not hesitate to call them or recommend them to my friends and family.

Very good work. David and his team of three other guys helped me with very short notice and charged a reasonable rate. They were friendly and professional, and helped deal with an issue of having to chip some cinder block in order to get the piece through the gate (my fault for not measuring the proper dimension. They could have left me stuck, but instead helped resolve the issue.

They didn't get there on time with the proper number of people and had to call in an extra person and so they got started about an hour late but I mean you know it's fine. It wasn't like they were gonna go anywhere.

I hired Taurus moving with only one week notification of my move, after having problems with another moving company.  The Taurus moving crew arrived on time and worked hard over a 12 hour time frame; moving two truckloads and finishing well into the evening.  The terms verbally quoted were upheld including a senior discount offered through Angie?s List.   I was very happy with the move by Taurus and wouldn?t hesitate to use them again.

Very good. The three man crew, Corey, Dillon & Jordan, were allpolite, hard working and professional. We had zero problems.Everything was packed high and tight and there were no damages or anything missing. Kudos for a job well done

it didn't start well, since I made an appointment for a Friday a couple weeks in advance but somehow they wrote down Saturday in the their schedule book. when they didn't show up I called and Dave was very apologetic and tried to get his crew to get there later in the day on Friday. it didn't end up working out so they came early Saturday. They ended up giving a discount for the trouble. once they were there they were very professional and efficient. They wrapped everything well with moving blankets and moved a lot of big stuff up stairs for us. They even moved our console piano for no extra charge.

Fantastic experience. David and his crew are professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and immediately began the process of loading up the contents of our home. David from Taurus Moving came out in early April to give us an estimate on moving our household goods from San Tan Valley to Queen Creek.  We immediately liked David's honesty, professionalism and thorough explanation of how he charges for a job.  Packing and moving was scheduled for 20 & 21 April 2014.  David and his crew arrived on time and ready to work.  The next day, David was not present but the moving crew was there.  Everyone who showed up on both days was completely professional, respectful of our household items and generally a hard working bunch of nice guys.  Being the wife of an Air Force veteran, I've had cross-country moves in previous years by the "nation wide" movers.  David and the men of Taurus Moving put them all to shame.  Nothing was lost during the move...  Nothing was damaged during the move.  Truly exceptional service and I highly recommend Taurus  Moving.

Excellent moving company! I moved into an apartment that has a loft bedroom. Taurus Moving was amazing and managed to get my large Broyhill dresser and queen size bed up into the loft. To get up to the loft, you have to go up a steep, thin, spiral staircase that is tall. Needless to say, I didn't know HOW they were going to move my bedroom furniture up there. But they managed to do it, with flying colors. They hoisted the mattress up with a rope of some sort, it was pretty impressive. It required 4 men to do the job. They did NOT charge me extra for taking my couch to a friend's apartment before delivering my furniture. They were professional, handled my furniture with care, and were careful about not knocking the walls/making handprints on the walls at my new place. Use this company for your move!!

First of all I had to call several companies because my move-in date was moved up.  I called them on a Thursday and they were able to move my household belongings on Sunday morning.  David Torres and his crew showed up even before they were scheduled and immediately got right to work.  It was very hot and humid that day and they kept up a steady pace getting the job done within a few hours.  They had to take down beds and a huge entertainment center and they assembled everything perfectly.  They were extremely careful in moving everything....and they were very personable.  They all seemed to enjoy what they were doing!  The service we received from them was more than excellent!  I was so impressed with the job they did and have been telling everyone how great they were!  I've moved several times in the last five years and they were the BEST!

They were very good. We are going to call them again to help us move some stuff around. They charged $85 an hour and they were here for 2 hours. I called them two weeks ahead of time and told them the day we were coming down. He said to call when we got here and we got her a day early so we called and they were here that afternoon. It was very good. They sent 3 boys and they were good. It was worth the price. We are going to call them next week to put some TVs on the wall and move some heavy stuff.
