THE SALES PEOPLE HELPED US PACK IT AND LOAD IT INTO THE CAR. THE BASE HAD A FEW MINOR CHIPS AND SAME WITH THE BOWL BUT FOR THE PRICE IT WAS AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT. THE DIRECTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW. HOWEVER, THE TUBE THAT HOOKS TO THE PUMP WAS FULL OF ROCKS AND CEMENT THAT WE HAD TO REALLY CLEAN IT OUT BEFORE USING THE FOUNTAIN. THE FLOW ISN'T HIGH BUT IT WORKS WONDERFULLY AND SOUNDS VERY RELAXING. WE LOVE IT.
