Excellent service. My bill accurately reflected the estimate. Scheduling was easy. Work was completed quickly. Staff was courteous and professional.

Have used Mike and his team for about 1.2 years now. Always very professional. Always give you the straight answer and nothing more. They took care of my dad when he visited from Kansas last year. I paid for the service over the phone with my credit card.

Before I allow a new business to tackle a big job on my car, I typically give them a 'trial run' by visiting for a simple oil change. That way, I get a feel for the establishment; how they're run, if they're professional and prompt.
I was impressed with the service I received. Although it was a simple oil change, I didn't get the high-pressure sales pitch to pour more money into my car. I simply received what I asked for and was asked if I had any questions about the service or if they could help me in any other way.
I'll definitely go back!

They originally quoted a higher price to do the service. It wasn't until I called them to let them know that I can have the service done much cheaper at AAA, that they actually reduced their cost. I don't know how they were able to lower their price by almost $300. I'm guessing that they used after-market parts, and that the original quote was for OEM parts. I have a 13-year old truck, I don't need OEM parts anymore. So, if you decide to go here, always ask for after-market replacement parts (if available).
Also I've been here a few times. Generally their work was good. The only issue that they can’t resolve is my AC blowing hot air when idling for longer than a couple of minutes. However, the biggest gripe I have is that they always have an upsell. I could never go here without a call saying that I should have a few additional services needed or additional parts that need to be replaced. I have since stopped going to this shop.

We walked in to Sun Devil Auto late afternoon on a Saturday to get an estimate. We were happy with what we were given and decided to have the work done. We expected to have to wait until Monday to get get the work done. They were able to start and complete the job that same day. When we were notified that the work was done, we were also told there was a miscalculation in the estimate. However, it was on Sun Devils part and they stood by what we were quoted when we walked in.
We will be using Sun Devil again.
