Doug has been there every step of the way. He was out of town when I first called him, and he said he would call me back on Tuesday when he got in. At 7:59 in the morning on Tuesday, Doug was on the phone with me getting information and asking all the right questions. We haven't bought a home yet, but we definitely will buy from Doug. The homes he has showed us preliminarily were exactly what we're looking for.
