The work was performed in less than an hour and He showed me exactly what the problem was.
It went fine Rich was able to diagnose the problem with the bathroom sink it was very old and it had corrosion under the bottom and he showed me what the problem was and did a replacement facet to the left side of the bathroom sink temporary to it so that it would not leak .Rich took a picture of it and showed me. My toilet was also leaking and he fixed it. He takes his time and explain the problem to you and let you know what your options are and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very professional and a very nice man.
Rich is punctual and was very thorough in his work and takes the time with the little things like convenient shut-off valves where others might skip that step when not required by code. He cleaned up after all of the work and we would absolutely use him again (and have).
Rich arrived right on time. After replacing the pump, he informed me that that was most likely the problem, but if not, he'd have to special order a second part. I ended up having to call him back shortly after, as the running water problem still existed. He was very prompt and responsive. Called me back immediately, having already found the part. We scheduled a second appointment the next morning. Again he arrived right on time, fixing my toilet at no additional charge. Great service, friendly and informative.
Rich was very detail oriented and helped us to select the best unit for our home. It was a Saturday afternoon and he researched the available equipment. He was at our home on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. as promised to remove the old unit and install the new one. He was neat and cleaned up afterwards. Rich explained everything that he did and bled the lines to the faucets upstairs and was done in about 2 hours. We will recommend him to our neighbors and friends.
I liked that he had all of the parts there with him and the sight of his very professional plumbing truck put me at ease. I really appreciated the fact that he never left the work site.
I would definitely recommend him, I think he would be a good bet for anyone!
