I am very pleased with the installation of a tankless water heater. Also with Rich the installer. He was very informative on products, and explained everything in detail. On time with appointment, and made sure everything was working, . My shower water wasnâ t coming out hot, not due to water heater, he had already left, I was able to contact him, he came back right away and made an adjustment on bathtub faucet! Thatâ s exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company!!

Rich did an excellent job installing our new GE 50 gallon electric water heater. Because the pressure release valve was on side of new tank instead of top of old tank Rich had to add custom pipe to connect. He did fix FOC. I highly recommend StreamLine plumbing.

We were grateful to have found Rich and his company. His response time was almost immediate upon inquiry and was available literally same day for a leaking water heater that had no hot water without us having to issue any sense of urgency. He gave a quote that came in much more inexpensive than 4 other companies we had inquired with. He explained everything he had to do along the way, there were no hidden costs he gave a quote prior and it was exactly that after the work was completed and follows all covid protocols which two of our other quoted companies did not.. Itâ s obvious he takes pride in his work, cares about his clients and their plumbing needs. We couldnâ t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using him for any other plumbing needs or refer him out to all our friends.

Rich offers great value, quality and flexibility in an emergency situation. Our water heater failed us around the Christmas holiday and he was able to come out the next day to replace it. I would definitely hire Rich again!

Rich was able to get my work completed the following morning from when I contacted him. He was prompt and respectful of COVID concerns. This is a small business and the owner/plumber is aware of how his customer service will affect his success. I have read other reviews and it appears that my experience is consistent with others' experience both in Arizona and Wisconsin, from where he has recently relocated from. I would highly recommend.

Rich did a great job replacing our hot water heater with a tankless, and fixing our venting. He also coordinated our change over to natural gas from propane. Excellent work. Quality job, competitive pricing. Rich is great to communicate with- answering texts quickly. Was able to get us in a week earlier than originally planned to accommodate our schedule.
