Dylan contacted Rich, the owner and was given the okay to complete the other things that came up. Dylan was there for 6 hours and never once got frustrated or annoyed, which considering all that came up was amazing! This company and employees are great I would definitely recommend 5/5. Rich provided an initial estimate via text. His quote was much more in-line with our original thoughts on what the job should cost. The two other companies that provided in-person estimates were much higher, so I asked him to come out to verify some additional items that were cited by the other two companies. Without prompting he pointed out the same issues and it raised the price but within the range that he had indicated in his initial estimate. Because the price was reasonable, we were able to widen the scope of the project to include a water softener and purifier. There was no upselling pressure to do so. Jason performed the work, arriving on time, working efficiently. A job well done. Rich came by at completion to make sure we were satisfied with the work and answer any other questions we might have.
