Steve Budgett Company

After starting with a different contractor Steve Budgett was a delight to work with. He is honest, does what he says he will do and then some. His sub-contractors like to work with him as he is on the job everyday, responsive to their needs and they get paid on time. He provided a detailed list of expenditures and firm contractual cost (no surprises or additional costs for small changes). He even allowed us save money of purchases of flooring, faucets, and light fixtures by exploring oportunities on the Internet. The savings were deducted from his contract price. He also has an excellent relationship with our Mortgage Company, Washington Federal (we obtained a construction loan from them) providing prompt responses to their requests. Each time he asks for a draw on funds he provides a list of completed work. We simply could not have asked for a better experience!!
