We came home from a weekend away to find our water heater had leaked. Our master bedroom carpet was a spongy mess. We called Steam Pros and they came out within an hour and did a water extraction. Then he left us with some large fans to dry the carpet. He was on time, polite, and very helpful. A few days later (once carpet was dried and re-stretched) he came back and cleaned and deoderized the carpets for for us. He did a great job, and we would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Extracted water from carpet, provided fans. Then cleaned carpet a few days later.

carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
 + 0 moreThe owner, Dustin, came out personally and cleaned our carpets for a lot less than some of the big advertisers out there. They had a nice truck and looked very professional. They showed up right on time and did a great job on the carpets. We have a lot of carpeted areas and had a couple of "trouble spots" where our little ones had spilled things. It's a little scary when you combine white carpet with a two and three year old! I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to get all of the spots out of our carpet. I will definitely use Steam Pros again.
