I called them two weeks later and told them I wanted them to come take it back. They told me I had to wait the full 30 days. After that time, I called them to tell them to take it back and they said they would refund back $1046.71 and take the mattress back. I told them I wanted the full amount back or the partial and the mattress. They said they couldn't do that. I would like a full refund.

Spencer's is so easy to deal with. They will match any price from a competitor. They are friendly and courteous. The installers were professional and showed up on time. We would highly recommend Spencer's for all your appliance needs.

Bought a high-end Maytag Washer and Dryer.  Salesman seemed helpful and knowledgeable, although he was unaware of how the default settings work (manual did not clarify), which required a service call.  Price was as good as any advertised price I found, which they guaranteed.  Delivery was the following work day; delivery and set-up was on time.  This is the third purchase I have made at Spencers.  I would use them again.
 

When they brought the appliances out for delivery they technician was not able to fit them into the space we needed. He called the store to inform them of the issue. They offered to take the appliances back and to have us come back to pick out a new washer and dryer to fit. Brian was our salesman and he was very nice. I was very impressed with their integrity and willingness to work with us to find a washer and dryer to fit for us. I love the new washer and dryer.

Two of the appliances don't work and we can't get anybody out here to service them. It's been 12 days and like I said they were brand new and don't work whatsoever. The company has been very hard to communicate with about servicing the products.

I decided to use them because I wanted a smaller company. It was good service.
