Rob, the owner, came out and explained in simple terms what my issues were and what needed done to make my pool clean, quiet and usable again. Surprisingly, the fixes were way less than I thought they'd be. And he was able to install a new motor, clean my filters, swap out a check valve, diagnose what was up with the heater for the hot tub (I'm waiting til winter to fix that), and get everything running smooth again with 2 days.
I was thankful that he squeezed me in so fast, as my pool was filthy and the kids were dinging me to swim ;)
I decided to sign up for his maintenance service as well. He stops by once a week and adjusts chemicals, cleans out the net and basket, brushes it down, and makes sure everything's working properly. Since getting on his maintenance plan, my pool always looks perfect--something that hasn't happened since the first week it was built nearly 9 years ago!
I feel like the chemicals, alone, would eat up what he charges per month in the summer.
Can't recommend him enough. Honest, hard-worker, dependable--I couldn't be happier.
