They're very good and very responsive. When I call, they get somebody out within a week or two. The staff is very friendly and they'll usually set up a time that is agreeable for both of us and usually the gentleman that they send out is very punctual.

I use them for termite inspection and protection. They are very easy to work with. They are also reasonably priced and prompt.

They are very professional and do a good job.  They are always able to work me into the schedule when needed.

They did a barrier treatment in the soil around a detached garage conversion. It was my understanding this was only warranted. They were aware of active termite at the entrance. A week later, tunnel arose and active termites observed. I called back and they said they could not come back out for two weeks. In my mind, this was unacceptable. After getting in touch with the manager, Scott, they came in a day and drilled in the expansion joints; not the perimeter or foundation, where it was thought the termites were coming from. I am to have a 5 year warranty. it took persistence to get them back out after paying this $ up front. After service for the second time, Scott followed up to make sure I was happy and the techician wanted to make things good.

Mike was rude & in a bad mood. He told me that this was not his normal route, that he normally works in Goodyear (I live many miles from there), that he was sent to do a yard that was 1 acre, was priced by the office at $85, & he had to tell the owner that it should have been $800, etc. Although the actual weed treatment only took 10 to 15 minutes, it consumed 7 hours of my time. S.O.S. needs to do a better job of scheduling to reduce the amount of homeowner time that is wasted waiting for the technician to arrive. We have 9 more months on our current weed control contract. Whether we will renew our contract depends on our experiences during the next 9 months. Angie's List requires that we answer the question about whether we would hire this company for future work, so we will fill in the blank, but the final decision is not one we will make at this time.

The written contract is inconsistent with the verbal agreement made with Jana twice and Justin once before the work was done. We are very disappointed in this situation, especially since we have done business with this company since our house was built in 1999, and we have a continuing relationship and warranty with them for pest control. We hope that this is a one time disappointment.

THEY SENT AN EMPLOYEE OUT TO CHECK THE INTERIOR & EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE FOR TERMITE TRAILS. THEY WERE PROMPT & QUITE INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE NEW PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET.

EXPERIENCED ON TIME SERVICE.

THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSPECTOR AND THE TECHNICIANS.

COMPLETED ON TIME. PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH US.
