They were referred to me by a co-worker and I was hesitant to call them because their shop is in Mesa and I live in Central Phoenix, which is where my unoperable vehicle was located. They came and retrieved my vehicle (free of charge) from another shop that quoted me twice the price for the same work. Shane and his staff were all so friendly, professional and responsive. Luckily, that was the last time my car has needed mechanic work - another testiment to the service provided - but if I do need anything in the future, I will definitely be calling Shane!

+ -1 moreIn the beginning when Shane was doing the work himself and his wife was in the office. He was AWESOME! he was fair and very reasonable with the prices. The work was EXCELLENT! and it was just an overall good experience which is hard to find in the automotive industry. Now there are other people in the office and there customer service is AWFUL they are big fakes. They tell you anything and they really really and quot;padand quot; the prices! Don't know what happened but it would be real nice to have Shane and his wife handling things and not all these other people you have to talk to now. I haven't been back since the new people took over the office and customer service. I at least hope that Shane still does the work because he is a really good mechanic.
