The experience was easy and pleasant, the employees good-natured and respectful, the work performed was of a high quality, the pricing seemed fair for the work done, payment/billing was straightforward, and post-work follow-up and assistance has been outstanding as well. Finding a high-quality plumber can be nerve-wracking, and I am glad to have been connected with Second Opinion.
Description of Work: We had a “smart” water metering device installed, which required ordering specialized parts for compatibility with our home.

We've used Second Opinion Plumbing several times. They are always very responsive and prompt. They're honest and fair. For instance, we thought we'd need a new water heater, but they determined that it was only one of the heating elements that needed replacing. They do what is necessary in a timely manner and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: New bathtub fixtures. New outside water shutoff valve. Replace heater element in water heater.
