Prior to moving into a new home, the previous owners contracted Craig to fix a leaky sink/garbage disposal. They provided me with his invoice in case there were any issues. We tested the sink, and it still leaked. I contacted Craig to come back and fix the leak. He was very defensive, but agreed to come back on a specific date. He never showed up! And never returned multiple calls. Shoddy work AND poor work ethic. Steer clear of this guy!

Greg was prompt, professional, and came to the rescue.  I was able to replace the flapper and fill valve in the one bathroom, but when I went to change out the supply line, I was not able to get the bolt tightened.  He completed that and then replaced the supply line and fill valve in the master bath.

We have a plumbing service contract with another company. They came out and did an estimate. Just the four pairs of valves and lines were estimated at over $640! I didn't believe that. We had used Craig Seabrooks before and had been happy with the work, so I called him. His estimate (over the phone) was about $250, so we scheduled the work. Craig arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. He took care of the valves and lines in less than two hours, and the bill was just over $200. The work looks great. It has been three weeks since the work was done, and we've had no problems whatsoever.

I do have positive memories with the use of this company. They were very nice people. The person that I spoke with over the phone was very nice and gave me a very accurate quote. The worker that showed up was clean and nice as well. I don't remember the exact price for this service.
