I bought my car there, and I am under the first three years free maintenance program at VW
I have used them for other issues as well - they are prompt - the car is ready when they say it is
I even asked them about an issue that I thought I would have to pay for, and they told me they would - it was covered under warranty!

Last minute pit stop before going on a Cali trip and needed an oil change late in the afternoon on Friday before the weekend, no one could help me and so I figured I would try the dealership. Jeff was great, he was the service manager who totally understood where I was coming from and made a spot available for me. I showed up minutes before they closed and they helped me out with no complaints. Less then 30 minutes late they had me on the road again with all my fluids toped off and well worth the little extra I had to pay going to the dealership then a jiffy lube, but then again the quality of service and professionalism I got at the dealership shop I sure wont find at a local oil and lube shop either.

Very well. I have since learned that the dealer tried to sell me work that I did not require. I took my car to my authorized VW mechanic and he was able to do the necessary work for about $400.00 instead of $3,000.00 quoted by the dealer. It seems that the dealer is willing to charge you for work that is not necessary. Not really pleased about that especially on a fixed income.
