I had no complaints. it's takes a long time to get in there because they're always busy. I just had an appointment. They're about a week out all the time.

I take it in every 5 or 6 months. 6 months is the limit. It's partially a warranty, because they also check for new factory stuff  that comes out, but the normal charge is about $40, I think I remember that correctly. I've been going there since I moved to Phoenix and that's 4 or 5 years ago. I would give them an excellent rating because if I didn't give them an excellent rating, I would already be going somewhere else. They are very responsive, attentive, courteous, and professional. The waiting area is very meticulous, with coffee poured and if you get there early enough, donuts. They are very nice people.

Did online shopping for Sonata GLS. They agreed to meet the best quote and they did. No hassle. I forgot to check if the car had tint as per the quote. They did add the tint later on for no charge. Overall good experience.
