Excellent. He gave us an unbiased report of his findings. I learned an incredible amount about the house we are considering purchasing. He spent as much time as I needed to explain his findings. He is professional, and certainly stands out in his field. My experience of tradesmen and inspectors in Arizona has been poor. Peter holds himself to high standards and has set himself aside from the hillbillies who provide home inspections in Arizona. I will use him in the future, he is an invaluable resource.
