nicole came out from RESA and she was extremely professional and helpful. found a few problems and recommended steps to correct. also made suggestions on how to avoid some possible issues in the future. company they recommened came out gave me a quote. i checked a few recommended companies and all checked out well so i had work done. resa checked on the work during and after completed. gave me completion report AND a 5 year warranty. i called back later with a question and they responded within 20 minutes with my information. wow!
