I called late Friday and was told Ryan would call me back and set up an appt. Ryan called me back within a half hour & stated he would call me and set an appt for Monday. He called me 9:30 a.m. today & stated if it wasn't going to upset my Labor Day plans they could be out in 15 - 20 mins. Ryan & another gentlemen showed up with a smile & a warm greeting. I told them the problem and they not only fixed the problem withing a few minutes but also fixed the strip on the bottom of the garage door that nobody else was able to fix. Even though my garage motor is about 23 yrs old, and it has slowed down and had outlasted the normal wear and tear, they did not try to talk me into replacing with a new motor. They refused to take any money because they stated it was a simple fix that only took a few minutes. This will be my go to garage door company when I need to replace the motor. Thank you Ryan & your co-worker for your professionalism and love my job attitude.

Very quick response and had my out of date garage door working in no time. They even followed up to make sure I didn't have the same issue with my other door. Both have been working great. The pair of professionals that came out were very kind, straightforward, and extremely helpful. I called Reliable after I had another company check it out only to tell me it wasn't fixable and tried to sell me two new doors. I have used Reliable Garage Repair LLC for a while now and they are truly set apart from their competition. They first fixed my garage door. I then hired them to install my current garage door, and most recently hired them to come out and fix my door because my better half thought it would be a great idea to drive through the door with her SUV. All of the work Has been top tier, and at a very reasonable and manageable rate. This company cares about providing the highest quality workmanship quickly without breaking the bank.
