We had originally hired another interior designer to help us, but she would not work with us. It was her way or the highway.
Not Kevin. He had some great ideas and incorporated his ideas with ours to create a masterpiece.
We will be calling on Rare Arts Construction for other interior projects in the future.
"So Much Fun you guys !! Another home away project so communication was key to any success here. They had a previous rendition of the media wall 90% completed before Mrs. put the brakes on it and reached out to Rare Arts through AL. This is really a remarkable service as you can trust what you read here. I'd like to personally thank Mr/ Mrs and Angie for putting us together and making such a great experience happen with your dreams in mind. Side note: trust your instincts, use inspiration, acquire quality assistance. Dreams do come true. Thank you for the work and the review"
"When a customer entrusts a contractor to perform remodels while they are at work or on vacation, they had better be on point. Thank you so much for the "spotless" compliment. It means a lot to me when folks notice the extra steps taken to come home to a clean environment each night when there may have been chipping hammers going during the day!! Thanks again for the "A" review.."
They pay attention to the smallest details, good communication on progress to budget and completion date. Very clean worksite,
Helpful in design with ideas and materials. Very professional quality outcome. I will have them back again.
"Hello and thanks so much for the kind review. It is my pleasure serving up quality craftsmanship."
This was the fourth project Kevin did for our home.
"Rare Arts Is happy to help with all your Honey Do Lists around the home. Thank you customer for your excellent review of my company and your confidence in our repeat business. You guys are wonderful."
"Thank you for the "A" rating and review. A curve ball as I like to call them with our granite fabricator came up on this one.. We were able simply modify and change the elevation to a double laminate edge on the stone to raise the height and have room for the cook top. A minor cost also, but the change complimented the butcher block island better. Absolutely a stellar job overall and great choices by the customer! Enjoy!"
For us remodeling is extremely stressful. Without Rare Arts Construction and all of Kevin's guidance, it would have been much more so.
Rare Arts had remodeled a bathroom and kitchen in our previous house as well and the work was exceptional. Kevin also built a beautiful kitchen island and performed other renovations in the kitchen of our current home. All of the work done by Rare Arts has been very professional and beautiful.
We have always found Rare Arts Construction to be extremely reliable and reasonably priced. The work has always been performed with the utmost care. The work is always done with every effort to protect our home from and dust, dirt or damage.
We highly recommend Kevin. It is a always a pleasure to work with his company, Rare Arts Construction.
"It gives me great satisfaction to hear that I can reduce a customers stress!! Contractors, if your listening, it's easy, constant communication.. Listen to your customers needs and concerns. Sometimes you have to ask their questions for them and give them options to achieve their wishes..This project was so much fun, we were sending photos back and forth along the process because the customer was out of town during construction. Thank you so much for the great review."
Everything from design, demolition of existing old bathroom and building the new shower and bathroom was smooth, and done with precision. All lime stone tiles had to be cut into 3x12 to achieve the look we desired. This was complemented by a pebbled shower pan floor and full slab marble threshold. Kevin's fabrication skills are really amazing. The final result was better that we ever hoped.
We were really lucky to meet such a good Craftsman. Thank you Kevin, hope to work with you in the future.
"This was a really cool project. The old kitchen was fairly dated and the member made some excellent high end choices to replace the old boxes. The members are so easy going and it was fun to see there dream kitchen come to fruition. Waiting to see the choice for the back splash !!"
"Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to showcase some of my talents for you and him. It was truly a memorable few weeks. It's easy to work so hard when people appreciate what you do. Looking forward to the kitchen next."
"Member, thank you for the great rating. It was an awesome project and I was happy to be so "picky"about the stone. Glad you are enjoying the new shower!!"
